This new 189,000-square-foot office in Manhattan’s reflects the firm’s commitment to a forward-thinking, tech-integrated workplace. Spanning four floors, the space was designed to encourage collaboration, support hybrid work, and incorporate immersive technology such as the AI-powered Dreamwall. As part of the overall design strategy, Zaniboni Lighting provided a selection of fixtures—including the Diva 2 PT, Diva 2 ST, Diva 2 TT, Diva 2 RT, and Mini RD—that contribute to the clean, modern aesthetic and functional performance of the office environment. The project is a strong example of how thoughtful design and technology can come together to create a workplace aligned with the energy and pace of New York City.
